Notes:
Montipora come in vastly differing colors and forms. The most common forms are plating or encrusting and branching.
To be successful with the Montipora you should have a well-established tank that is able to maintain stable parameters, strong lighting, and strong, intermittent water flow within the aquarium. This is best accomplished with a wavemaker and/or multiple powerheads. Montipora corals receive most of their nutritional requirements from symbiotic zooxanthellae algae hosted within its body but will also benefit from the addition of prepared foods such as our Live Rock and Coral Food.
This coral will come attached to a rock, shell or frag plug.
The Montipora frags are at least 1 inch, however many are much larger.
