Zoanthids are also relatively fast growing, creating a mat like effect covering the surface in tiny “flowers”. Zoanthids are not aggressive corals but may crowd and even overgrow other corals, so placement is important. Zoanthids do well in a variety of light and flow with moderate amounts of both being best.
